This is basically the same paper as yeoHelpMeReflect2024, but tested on different modalities. They find that people preferred text as the most preferred for personas, and video most preferred for storytelling. They then found that video significantly enhances deliberativeness for storytelling, increasing argument diversity, opinion expression, and justification levels. Conversely, text performs the worst for opinion expression.
